01. Discover
Audit & Discovery (2-4 Weeks)
This is where we get to know each other–including business practices, priorities, pain points, needs, products, and resources. This involves an evaluation of your current site and SEO, along with brand assessment, competitive analysis, audience research, customer personas, content quality assessment, and more.
02. Strategize
Strategy & Planning (Monthly)
Our audit findings and discovery conversations lay the foundation for our initial SEO strategy. We'll ensure alignment of expectations, establish short-term and long-term goals, set KPIs, and prioritize services. The initial strategic planning phase may last 2-4 weeks, but we revisit and revise monthly or quarterly, as needed.


03. Implement
Optimization (Monthly)
Guided by our strategic roadmap, we'll begin optimizing as early as week 5. This is where things vary the most from client to client, but long-term engagements frequently involve search intent mapping, content gap analysis, internal linking, conversion optimization, content outlining and/or production, user journey mapping, and sitewide indexability or architecture improvements.
04. Measure
Tracking & Reporting (Monthly)
Things change quickly in the travel industry. Ongoing analysis collects the information we need to share data-driven insights, prioritize resources, and make strategic or tactical adjustments. We'll meet monthly to share results and make recommendations—always prioritizing transparency and embracing accountability.
